MESSAGE FROM BAILEY (FOUNDER)
Hello! I'm Bailey Cherry, the founder of ReBooked. In 2019, as a student and book lover in Hong Kong, I saw a real need: a better way for families to share their pre-loved children's books. Like many of you, our family's bookshelves were overflowing, and the idea of simply dropping them off at a secondhand shop felt like a missed opportunity. That's why I created ReBooked—a convenient and eco-friendly platform designed to give well-loved books a new chapter.
Today, ReBooked is Hong Kong's largest store for secondhand English language children's books, with both an online shop and a retail store. We offer a simple way for you to donate books your children have outgrown and discover new stories that spark joy.
More than just a bookstore, ReBooked is a community committed to promoting early literacy, encouraging a love of reading, and supporting a circular economy. By collaborating with local partners, schools, companies, and NGOs, we're working together to make books accessible to all children in Hong Kong and to promote a more eco-friendly and sustainable lifestyle.
Thank you for your interest in ReBooked. I, along with my team, warmly welcome you to join our community!
